ClearFast is a free, browser-based image editing tool that allows users to remove backgrounds from photos, apply custom backgrounds, and enhance images using AI technology. All processing is performed locally in your browser — no images are uploaded to our servers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ClearFast only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:

• Process images that you do not have the right to use or modify
• Process images containing illegal content including, but not limited to, child exploitation material
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the service
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service in a way that disrupts its operation
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

4. Intellectual Property

The ClearFast name, logo, and website design are owned by ClearFast. The underlying AI model used for background removal is provided by third-party open-source libraries and is subject to their respective licenses.

You retain full ownership and rights to any images you process using ClearFast. We make no claim to your content.

5. Advertising

ClearFast displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense and other advertising partners. By using our service, you acknowledge that advertisements may be shown. Ad content is provided by third parties and does not constitute an endorsement by ClearFast.

We may require users to view a short advertisement before downloading processed images. This is how we keep ClearFast free for everyone.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClearFast is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The AI background removal will be 100% accurate for all images
• The service will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

8. Third-Party Services

ClearFast relies on third-party services to operate. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Changes to the Service
